Bader Martin is seeking an experienced manager or senior manager that wants to be part of a close knit group of dedicated audit and assurance professionals who service private company clients in the greater Seattle area. We are looking for someone who wants to be hands on with clients and who enjoys mentoring junior staff members as well. Little to no overnight travel is required!
Our audit and assurance clients include a broad range of nonpublic companies—from entrepreneurial ventures to organizations with over half a billion dollars in assets—as well as not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.
We also offer related services such as internal control studies, agreed upon procedures, and reports on prospective financial information.

Audit managers lead one or more accountants in the field, instruct them in the work to be performed and review the work of staff and senior accountants and direct necessary revisions. They serve as the point of contact between the client and the firm during the engagement while developing and maintaining key client relationships throughout the year.
Audit managers have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including, but not limited to not-for-profit, hospitality, schools, manufacturing, independent schools, retail and employee benefiit plans. Compilation and review work is also part of our practice.
In addition our audit managers may provide research and litigation services for a diverse group of clients in one or more industries. He/she will be called upon to provide leadership, supervision, training and performance feedback to staff and senior level accountants.
Bader Martin does not require out of state travel for their assurance positions so you can enjoy going home each night to your own bed!
